The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” OXhrm makes no guarantees:

• That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That data loss will not occur
• Regarding the accuracy or reliability of data

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OXhrm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OXhrm, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
