OXHRM, a B2B SaaS platform operated by OX DIGITAL SOLUTIONS Pvt Ltd, aims to provide a transparent billing experience for our clients. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Free Trial & Evaluation

  • No-Obligation Trial: We offer free trials to allow users to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan.
  • No Refunds: Since no payment is collected during a trial, refund policies do not apply.
  • Data Retention: Upon the expiry of a trial, if a paid subscription is not initiated, trial data may be permanently deleted from our servers.

2. Subscription & Billing

  • Billing Models: Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis, with charges calculated per employee.
  • Taxes: All payments are subject to GST as per Indian law, and formal GST invoices are issued for every transaction.
  • Payment Processing: We use Razorpay to process all payments securely.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the in-product billing dashboard or by emailing support@oxhrm.com.
  • Access Post-Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to OXHRM until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.
  • No Prorated Credits: We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for mid-month cancellations.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. However, we may issue refunds under the following limited
circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payments: If you are charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error.
  • Verified Billing Errors: If there is a discrepancy between your employee count and the amount charged.
  • Service Unavailability: Verified cases where the platform was inaccessible for an extended period due to internal system failures.
Note: Annual subscriptions are strictly non-refundable once the service has commenced. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, as per banking standards.

5. Payment Failures & Disputes

  • Account Suspension: Overdue or failed payments may lead to temporary account suspension or termination to protect system integrity.
  • Chargebacks: We encourage customers to contact support to resolve billing issues before raising a bank dispute. Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
