Who the add-on is for
Teams that already understand Startup geo-fenced attendance and still want the face-recognition check-in listed on the pricing card. The factories page describes attendance, shifts, overtime and payroll for manufacturing units, including biometric integration. The security page describes guard attendance at client sites with GPS geofencing and mentions pairing with this add-on only if you want face check-in.
A 12-person cafe can stay on Startup with geo-fence or QR/IP and never buy this card. Construction pages describe GPS-verified site attendance; clock-in location is still not live tracking. Buy the add-on when you want the published face, live-photo, anti-spoofing and offline-sync bullets — not because an industry page requires it.

What the pricing card lists
Biometric Attendance is ₹12 per seat per month (regular ₹20). The card describes face recognition check-in/out with live photo verification and geofencing. Feature bullets: AI-powered face recognition, live photo capture, GPS and geofencing controls, anti-spoofing, contactless marking, offline mode with auto-sync, multiple shift support, and a real-time attendance dashboard.
Offline mode with auto-sync is on this add-on, not as a Startup bullet. Shift scheduling and roster management are Growth items (₹1,999 per month, up to 40 users; extra users ₹49; GST 18%). Benefit percentages printed on the add-on modal are not repeated here.
What this page does not claim
It does not name device vendors, accuracy rates or a live patrol trail. Location is at clock-in. It does not claim that selfie verification on the free mobile clock-in is the same as this add-on. Confirm the live add-on price on pricing.
Setup steps you can take from this site
- Create an account at panel.oxhrm.com/signup. Use Startup geo-fencing first if you only need on-site punches for up to 20 users.
- Add people in Core HR so a face check-in attaches to a person.
- Decide whether GPS, QR or IP is enough. Read the attendance and GPS pages before you buy hardware or this add-on.
- If you need face recognition, live photo, anti-spoofing or offline auto-sync, open the Biometric Attendance card on pricing and use the listed ₹12 per seat rate (regular ₹20).
- If you also need published rosters, you are looking at Growth as well. Leave stays on the Startup “basic leave” wording unless you add other products — see leave management.

Ask staff to use the Android app from the Play Store listing in the footer where mobile clock-in is required. This site does not publish a live App Store URL.
How this add-on sits next to other clock-in methods
Home and attendance copy group GPS, IP restrictions and QR code as clock-in methods. Selfie verification is listed on the mobile app. Web clock-in is listed. Late/early alerts and overtime with approvals are listed on attendance. Those remain available whether or not you buy face recognition. The add-on is the face, live-photo, anti-spoofing, contactless, offline-sync and dashboard set on the ₹12 card.
Time Tracking & Monitoring (₹12 per seat) is desktop activity, screenshots and idle detection, with a consent note. It is not a biometric device and it is not GPS punch. Do not buy it expecting a factory gate. Automated Payroll can sit next to exported attendance; the site still does not describe ECR filing.
IT-company copy says remote and hybrid attendance and work-from-home tracking are on that industry page, and that desktop monitoring is the Time Tracking add-on. Face recognition at a gate is this biometric card. Keep those two purchases separate. Confirm both live rates on pricing rather than from memory.
